 Upon receipt of your return application and refund application, our Service team will reply to you within 48 hours, telling you whether the refund or return is approved, and the next processing process
 
Which refunds are allowed:
A:Within 48 hours of receiving the order, our customer service will confirm the order with the customer. If the customer is not satisfied and want to  refund ,you can apply for a refund directly on the website or paypal, and the refund will be returned within 48 hours
 
B: After receiving the product, if the style/quantity/color of the items we shipped  does not match the customer's order and  contact with  our after-sales team to confirm that it is.  
the customer can apply for a refund, and the refund will be Return within 10 working days
 
Which  refunds are not allowed:
A: Customized products have their particularities
Before the customer places an order or after receiving the customer’s order, we will fully communicate with the customer for the customer’s customization needs, including the order quantity, the style and color of the umbrella, the size /color/ shape of the specially customized logo/text/image, etc. , we will start production only after we have confirmed that there are no problems, so we can ensure that the final items we hand over to the customer is definitely a satisfactory items confirmed by the customer
Therefore, customized products cannot be refunded after entering the stocking period
 
B: Due to the customer’s reasons, such as sending a wrong customization request, or providing an incorrect address, etc., refunds and returns are not allowed
